Founded in 1986 by Gérard SINABIAN, GSA Healthcare starts first its business with recruitment. Through decades, the company has been able to renew itself and be innovative. It offers today to pharmaceutical industry actors its expertise in consulting, business development, and human resources. Its core business is pharmaceutical and medical promotion of health products.

GSA Healthcare, with the help of its 420 expert employees, its organization, and its solid methodology, aspires to be the sector reference, while dealing with the complex challenges of the profession, in France and Belgium.

Our history - Timeline

  • 1986

    Creation of « GSA RECRUTEMENT » and « GSA MEDICAL » business by Gérard Sinabian

  • 1992

    Creation of « GSA FORMATION », Certified training institute, with Dr. Pascale Cheneau

  • 1999

    Creation of « GSA PHARMA », with the launch of IDIM Pharma salesforce. Creation of GTF BELGIUM

  • 2007

    Creation of GTF COSMAPHARMA (Direct sales in Belgium)

  • 2009

    Launch of a second pharmacy multi-product salesforce IDES PHARMA.
    Pioneer in the establishment of “Attached to Medical Promotion “(APM)*.
    Creation of APM salesforce.

    * Called in France “Attaché à la Promotion Médicale”: Medical representative with a promotion activity toward physicians and sales activity toward pharmacists and physicians.
  • 2010

    APM* specific training modules by our Training Institute

  • 2014

    Integration of a third multi-product salesforce « Dedicate »

  • 2015

    Idim Spe, mixed APM* salesforce, specialist promotion, training and sales in pharmacy

    Holis, promotion reps team for Specialist and GP

    GSA, company of GTF group, becomes GSA Healthcare.
    Acquisition of the multi-product salesforce in pharmacy « Diététique et Santé ».
    Launch of a second pharmacy multi-product salesforce in Belgium.

  • 2018

    Launch of an exclusive salesforce in Pharmacy for EMBRYOLISSE

  • 2019

    Launch of LIFETOUCH, digital media services in pharmacy

  • 2020

    Launch of exclusive salesforce in Pharmacy for CURAE LAB (in France and Belgium)

  • 2021

    Launch of 4 new exclusives salesforce (Promotion to GP, specialists, and Pharmacies)
